Parent or legal guardian required for minors. Designed for youth athletes ages 11 and up.

Memberships are billed monthly and renew every 30 days. New athlete enrollments require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. After completion of the initial commitment period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice. Training sessions reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
A parent or legal guardian must sign the Training Agreement for all minor athletes. Membership fees are non-refundable and are not based on attendance.

We understand that injuries can occur, especially with youth athletes.
• Athletes may request one (1) temporary medical hold of up to thirty (30) consecutive days per twelve (12) month period with written notice and basic medical documentation
• The medical hold is a single event and unused days do not carry over
• For injuries preventing participation beyond 30 days, the membership may be canceled
• Any unused prepaid training time will be issued as non-refundable account credit
• Training credits may be applied toward future training once the athlete is medically cleared and must be used within twelve (12) months of the cancellation
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
