XV XIII Performance — Training Memberships

Drop-In Training Session

$45 — One session, no commitment
Ideal for first-time athletes or families who want to experience a session before enrolling in a monthly membership.

Parent or legal guardian required for minors. Designed for youth athletes ages 11 and up.


Monthly Training Memberships

(3-Month Minimum Commitment for New Athletes)

Memberships are billed monthly and renew every 30 days. New athlete enrollments require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. After completion of the initial commitment period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice. Training sessions reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

A parent or legal guardian must sign the Training Agreement for all minor athletes. Membership fees are non-refundable and are not based on attendance.

Private 1-on-1 Training

Private training is available for athletes seeking individualized coaching and flexible scheduling, either on a per-session basis or as a monthly private training membership at a 10% reduced rate.

Single Session
$150 per private session

Monthly Private Training 
$1,080 per month
Includes up to 8 private sessions per billing cycle

Sessions reset monthly and do not roll over

Private training availability is limited. Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

• Ensures fairness and availability for all athletes


Family & Sibling Discount

We offer a sibling discount for families with multiple athletes enrolled.
The discount is applied to additional athletes and is reflected in monthly billing.

Discounts are applied by XV XIII Performance and are not automatically applied at checkout.


How Training Works

• Athletes train in small groups
• Sessions are self-scheduled based on availability
• Training sessions reset every 30 days
• Missed or unused sessions do not roll over
• Session availability is subject to scheduling and capacity


Injury & Medical Policy

We understand that injuries can occur, especially with youth athletes.

• Athletes may request one (1) temporary medical hold of up to thirty (30) consecutive days per twelve (12) month period with written notice and basic medical documentation
• The medical hold is a single event and unused days do not carry over
• For injuries preventing participation beyond 30 days, the membership may be canceled
• Any unused prepaid training time will be issued as non-refundable account credit
• Training credits may be applied toward future training once the athlete is medically cleared and must be used within twelve (12) months of the cancellation
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
