Owner & Head Performance Coach
With over a decade of experience training athletes from middle school to the professional and Olympic level, Coach Nick brings a deep passion and proven expertise to the world of sports performance. For the past 6 years, he has owned and operated XV XIII Performance, where he's helped hundreds of athletes unlock their full potential – physically, mentally, and spiritually.
His coaching foundation was forged through internships and graduate assistant roles at top-tier programs like the University of Central Florida and Clemson University. There, he had the privilege of learning under some of the most respected names in the field, gaining hands-on experience with elite-level athletes and performance systems.
As a USAW Level 1 Certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Coach Nick blends power and precision with a holistic approach to athletic development. He's deeply committed to restoring natural movement patterns and believes the body performs best when it moves the way God designed it to-strong, mobile, and resilient. Drawing from the wisdom and mentorship of his friend Dr. Eric Goodman, creator of Foundation Training, he thoughtfully integrates elements of the system into his programs to support posture, breathing, and natural movement, aligning with his broader holistic approach.
At the heart of his training philosophy is a belief that athletic performance should be rooted in purpose, not just programming. He emphasizes intentional movement, disciplined consistency, and creating an environment where athletes are both challenged and supported. Whether it's building speed, strength, or durability, his goal is to help athletes thrive in sport and in life.
Beyond the science and strategy of training, Coach Nick is driven by a genuine love for the people he works with. He believes every athlete is uniquely designed and carries a greater purpose. Grounded in his faith and grateful for the life God has blessed him with, he sees training as more than just building bodies – it's about shaping lives.
